بعد الاطلاع على الدستور،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 1972 بشأن اختصاصات الوزارات وصلاحيات الوزراء، وتعديلاته،

وعلى المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم (26) لسنة 2019 بشأن المالية العامة،

وعلى القانون الاتحادي رقم (1) لسنة 2022 في شأن ربط الميزانية العامة للاتحاد عن السنة المالية 2022،

وبناءً على ما عرضه وزير المالية، وموافقة مجلس الوزراء،

أصدرنا المرسوم بقانون الآتي:

تزاد تقديرات إيرادات الميزانية العامة للاتحاد عن السنة المالية 2022 بمبلغ (228,344,000) مائتين وثمانية وعشرين مليوناً وثلاثمائة وأربعة وأربعين ألف درهم، وتزاد تقديرات مصروفات الميزانية العامة للاتحاد عن السنة المالية 2022 بمبلغ (560,793,000) خمسمائة وستين مليوناً وسبعمائة وثلاثة وتسعين ألف درهم، وذلك طبقاً للبيانات الواردة في الجداول المرفقة بهذا المرسوم بقانون، ويُمول الفرق من الاحتياطي العام.

يُنشر هذا المرسوم بقانون في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل به اعتباراً من أول يناير 2022 وحتى 31 ديسمبر 2022.

Having reviewed the Constitution,

And Federal Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments,

And Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on Public Finance,

And Federal Law No. (1) of 2022 on Linking the General Budget of the Union for the Fiscal Year 2022,

And based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, and the approval of the Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

The estimated revenues of the Union's General Budget for the fiscal year 2022 shall be increased by an amount of (228,344,000) two hundred twenty-eight million, three hundred forty-four thousand dirhams, and the estimated expenditures of the Union's General Budget for the fiscal year 2022 shall be increased by an amount of (560,793,000) five hundred sixty million, seven hundred ninety-three thousand dirhams, in accordance with the data contained in the tables attached to this Decree-Law, and the difference shall be financed from the General Reserve.

This Decree-Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from January 1, 2022, until December 31, 2022.
