قامت الإدارة العليا باعتماد سياسة نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية تماشياً مع مهام الصندوق لتشتمل على الالتزام بالتالي:

• - تلبية متطلبات نظام إدارة البيئة آيزو 14001:2015 ونظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة أيزو 45001:2018 ونظام أبوظبي للصحة والسلامة المهنية والتحسين المستمر والتطوير عليها.
• - التحكم بجودة عمليات الصندوق وضبطها ونشر الثقة والنزاهة والاحترام المتبادل والتواصل المستمر والاستمرارية فيما يتعلق بتحسين نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية والعناية للعاملين والمتعاملين وأصحاب العلاقة.
• - تماشي سياسة الصحة والسلامة المهنية سياق الصندوق بحيث تدعم التوجه الاستراتيجي للصندوق.
• - وضع ومراقبة الأهداف والغايات الاستراتيجية والسعي لتحقيقها، وذلك من خلال الخطط التشغيلية المنبثقة على مستوى إدارات الصندوق، المرتبطة بنظام الصحة السلامة المهنية.
• - تحديد، ادارة ، تقييم ومعالجة مخاطر الصحة والسلامة المهنية المرتبطة بصحة العاملين، المتعاملين، اصحاب العلاقة، الممتلكات، والعمليات.
• - تطوير اجراءات وخطط للتعامل مع كافة الحالات الطارئة والحوادث وفقا لمتطلبات نظام ادارة الصحة والسلامة لإمارة أبوظبي، نظام إدارة البيئة آيزو 14001:2015 ونظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة أيزو 45001:2018 والتحسين المستمر وتطويرها.
• - العمل على الوقاية من حوادث بيئة العمل من خلال توعية وتدريب العاملين، لتعزيز صحة الموظفين.
• - العمل على تعزيز صحة ورفاهية الموظفين من خلال برامج متعلقة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية.
• - المراجعة الدورية لأداء نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية من قبل الادارة بهدف التحسين المستمر لتعزيز أداء الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
• - ممارسة مهامنا وعملياتنا بشكل صحي وآمن على العاملين والمتعاملين والزوار والسعي إلى الوقاية من حدوث أي مخاطر محتمله تهدد صحتهم وسلامتهم.
• - الالتزام بالقوانين والتشريعات ذات العلاقة بنظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية، والتعامل مع استشارة المعنيين ضمن هذا المجال وفق مهنية عالية.
• - التأكد من تماشي مزودي الخدمات والموردين مع متطلبات أنظمة ادارة الصحة والسلامة المحلية والدولية وقوانينها وتشريعاتها.
• - التأكد من عدم تفشي اي وباء في الصندوق تماشيا مع متطلبات أنظمة ادارة الصحة والسلامة المحلية والدولية وقوانينها وتشريعاتها.
• - يلتزم الصندوق بتوفير الموارد الكافية لضمان فعالية تطبيق نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية.

تلتزم الإدارة العليا بنشر السياسات المتعلقة بنظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية لكافة الموظفين، وكذلك نشرها لمختلف الفئات المعنية من خلال مختلف الوسائل المتاحة، وأنه سيتم مراجعتها بصورة دورية للتأكد من ملائمتها.

The senior management has adopted the Occupational Health and Safety System Policy in line with the Fund's tasks, to include the following commitments:

• - Fulfilling the requirements of the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, the Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018, the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System, and their continuous improvement and development.
• - Controlling the quality of the Fund's operations, promoting trust, integrity, mutual respect, continuous communication, and continuity in improving the occupational health and safety system and caring for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• - Aligning the Occupational Health and Safety policy with the context of the Fund to support its strategic direction.
• - Setting and monitoring strategic goals and objectives and striving to achieve them through operational plans derived at the Fund's departmental level, linked to the occupational health and safety system.
• - Identifying, managing, assessing, and addressing occupational health and safety risks related to the health of employees, customers, stakeholders, property, and operations.
• - Developing procedures and plans to deal with all emergency situations and incidents in accordance with the requirements of the Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health Management System, the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, the Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018, and their continuous improvement and development.
• - Working to prevent workplace accidents by raising awareness and training employees to promote their health.
• - Working to enhance the health and well-being of employees through programs related to occupational health and safety.
• - Periodically reviewing the performance of the occupational health and safety system by management with the aim of continuous improvement to enhance occupational health and safety performance.
• - Conducting our tasks and operations in a healthy and safe manner for employees, customers, and visitors, and striving to prevent any potential risks that may threaten their health and safety.
• - Complying with laws and regulations related to the occupational health and safety system, and handling consultations with stakeholders in this field with high professionalism.
• - Ensuring that service providers and suppliers comply with the requirements, laws, and regulations of local and international health and safety management systems.
• - Ensuring the prevention of any pandemic outbreak in the Fund in line with the requirements, laws, and regulations of local and international health and safety management systems.
• - The Fund is committed to providing sufficient resources to ensure the effective implementation of the occupational health and safety system.

The senior management is committed to disseminating the policies related to the occupational health and safety system to all employees, as well as to various concerned parties through available means, and these policies will be reviewed periodically to ensure their suitability.
